4Runner 4th Gen [2003–2009] Drawer System DIY Plans

This all-in-one digital plan set includes everything you need to build a complete drawer system for your 4th Gen Toyota 4Runners (2003–2009). With detailed cut lists, step-by-step instructions, and printable templates, you’ll be able to create a custom setup built for storage, function, and adventure.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• Dual Drawer Box Plans:
  Build the foundational drawer box with cut lists and detailed instructions for assembly. The finished box measures ~41" wide (between wheel wells), ~39" deep (from back door to the back of the 2nd row seats), and ~8.5" tall. Designed to fit two pairs of 36" non-locking drawer slides (available in our store).
  Note: Requires removal of the cargo shelf for installation.
• Bed Extension Plans:
  Extend your sleeping platform by over 2 feet with a custom-fit bed extension that connects directly to the drawer system. Perfect for creating a nearly 6’ flat area when the 2nd row seats are folded down.
• Divider Drawer & False Tops Plans:
  Add more organization with a custom drawer featuring two dividers to create three compartments (each ~12” wide). Also includes plans for two false tops that sit flush on the drawer—perfect for creating a quick tabletop when pulled out.
• Side Cubby Templates:
  Maximize your storage space with side cubbies that fit snugly beside the drawer box. These printable templates (6 pages, 8.5" x 11") can be taped together to create full-size cutting guides. Instructions are included for cutting and assembling both the front and top hinged access pieces.
