We're not going to pull screws or shave material to save a few bucks or a few pounds. If a shortcut means it won't hold up, we don't take it — that's the whole reason "solid" is in our name, not just on our wall.

Intuitive

If you have to stop and figure out how something works, we didn't finish the job. We'd rather hand you a system and watch you open it without a word of instruction — if you can do that in five seconds, we did it right. That's the bar, every time.

Reachable

Buying something shouldn't mean you're on your own the second it ships. We answer the phone, we answer the email, and we stay on it until it works the way we said it would. You get a real person, not a hold queue.

Honest

What you see is what shows up. If we get something wrong — a color's off, a part doesn't fit right — we're not going to blame the supplier or make excuses. We'll tell you what happened and we'll fix it, plain and simple.

Adaptive

We're listening, and we're keeping track. One person asking for something is a conversation. A hundred people asking for the same thing is a product. That's how half of what we build even came to exist — somebody asked, enough people agreed, and we built it.
